Vi præsenterer en simpel protokol til isolering af mononukleære celler i perifert blod fra fuldblod opnået fra patienter diagnosticeret med Sézary syndrom efterfulgt af udvælgelse af CD4 + T-celler, deres stimulering med phorbol12-myristate13-acetat og A23187 ionophore og forberedelse af RNA til transkriptomisk profilering.
