Her presenterer vi en protokoll for å visualisere romlig korrelasjon av calcitonin genrelatert peptid (CGRP)-immunoreaktive nervefibre og blodkar i kranial dura mater ved hjelp av immunfluorescence og fluorescerende histokjemi med henholdsvis CGRP og falloidin. I tillegg ble opprinnelsen til disse nervefibrene retrograde sporet med en fluorescerende nevral tracer.
