Denne protokol demonstrerer undersøgelsen af de patofysiologiske virkninger af cigaretrøg (CS) med et helkropsinhalationssystem (WBI) (WBIS), der er bygget internt. Dette system kan udsætte dyr for CS under kontrollerede repeterbare betingelser for forskning i CS-medierede virkninger på lungeafysem og hæmatopoiesis.
