Denne protokollen demonstrerer studiet av de patofysiologiske effektene av sigarettrøyk (CS) med et WBI-eksponeringssystem (WBI) innebygd. Dette systemet kan utsette dyr for CS under kontrollerte repeterbare forhold for forskning på CS-medierte effekter på lungeemfysem og hematopoiesis.
