Dit protocol beschrijft een methode om grote hoeveelheden lipide ingekapselde decafluorbutaan microbubbels te genereren met behulp van sonde-tip sonicatie en ze vervolgens te condenseren tot faseverschuiving nanodruppels met behulp van hogedruk extrusie en mechanische filtratie.
