Netværksanalyse blev anvendt til at evaluere foreningen af forskellige økologiske mikrobielle samfund, såsom jord, vand og rhizosfære. Præsenteret her er en protokol om, hvordan man bruger WGCNA-algoritmen til at analysere forskellige co-forekomstnetværk, der kan forekomme i de mikrobielle samfund på grund af forskellige økologiske miljøer.
