אנו מציגים טכניקה לייצוב מהיר של מתחמים תרגומיים (ביוסינטזה של חלבונים) עם קשרים צולבים פורמלדהידים בתאי שמרים ויונקים חיים. הגישה מאפשרת לנתח מתווכים ארעיים ואינטראקציות דינמיות של RNA:חלבון. ניתן להשתמש במתחמים המקושרים ביישומים מרובים במורד הזרם, כגון בשיטות פרופיל מבוססות רצף עמוק, מיקרוסקופיה וספקטרומטריית מסה.
