Dies ist eine Methode, um uteruslymphoide Zellen sowohl von schwangeren als auch von nicht schwangeren Mäusen zu isolieren. Diese Methode kann für mehrere nachgelagerte Anwendungen wie FACS-Phänotypisierung, Zellsortierung, funktionelle Assays, RNA-seq und Proteomik verwendet werden. Das Protokoll hier zeigt, wie man angeborene lymphatische Zellen der Gruppe 1 durch Durchflusszytometrie phänotypisiert.
