هنا نقدم الوسيط الافراج عن المقايسة ، وذلك باستخدام خط خلية سرطان الدم الجرذ القاعدية المصابة مع مستقبلات IgE الإنسان ، لمحاكاة degranulation من الخلايا التأثيرية لوحظ عادة في نوع 1 الحساسية. هذه الطريقة تحقق في النشاط البيولوجي لمسببات الحساسية بطريقة حساسة للغاية وقابلة للاستنساخ ومصممة خصيصا.
