Denne protokol præsenterer en teknik til sondering protein-protein interaktioner ved hjælp af glutathion-linked donor perler med GST-fusioneret TPR-motiv co-chaperones og acceptor perler kombineret med en Hsp90-afledt peptid. Vi har brugt denne teknik til at screene små molekyler til at forstyrre Hsp90-FKBP51 eller Hsp90-FKBP52 interaktioner og identificeret potente og selektive Hsp90-FKBP51 interaktionshæmmere.
