Hier beschreiben wir die Konstruktion von Nullmutanten von Aeromonas in spezifischen Glykosyltransferasen oder Regionen, die Glykosyltransferasen enthalten, die Motilitätsassays und die Flagellenreinigung, die durchgeführt wurden, um die Beteiligung und Funktion ihrer kodierten Enzyme bei der Biosynthese eines Glykans zu bestimmen, sowie die Rolle dieses Glykans in der bakteriellen Pathogenese.
