Een gestandaardiseerde pijplijn wordt gepresenteerd voor het onderzoeken van cerebellum grijze stof morfometrie. De pijplijn combineert state-of-the-art benaderingen met hoge resolutie voor geoptimaliseerde en geautomatiseerde cerebellumverkaveling en voxelgebaseerde registratie van het cerebellum voor volumetrische kwantificering.
