Dette papir sammenligner direkte opløsning, følsomhed og billedkontraster af stimuleret Raman-spredning (SRS) og sammenhængende anti-Stokes Raman-spredning (CARS) integreret i den samme mikroskopplatform. Resultaterne viser, at CARS har en bedre rumlig opløsning, SRS giver bedre kontraster og spektral opløsning, og begge metoder har samme følsomhed.
