Intravitale fluorescentiemicroscopie kan worden gebruikt om leukocyten-endotheelinteracties en capillaire perfusie in realtime te bestuderen. Dit protocol beschrijft methoden om deze parameters in de pulmonale microcirculatie in beeld te brengen en te kwantificeren met behulp van een vacuümgestabiliseerd longbeeldvormingssysteem.
