Konstruerte klaffer krever et innebygd funksjonelt vaskulært nettverk. I denne protokollen presenterer vi en metode for å fremstille en 3D-trykt vevsklaff som inneholder et hierarkisk vaskulært nettverk og dets direkte mikrokirurgiske anastomoser til rotte femoral arterie.
