Het huidige protocol ontwikkelde een methode om de opbrengst van verbindingen op de TLC-plaat te schatten met behulp van de blauw-LED-verlichtingstechniek. De voordelen van deze aanpak zijn dat het veilig, effectief en goedkoop is en de onderzoeker in staat stelt om meerdere monsters tegelijkertijd te meten.
