Her præsenterer vi protokoller til identifikation og oprensning af ovarieceller fra antrale follikler. Vi uddyber metoder til behandling af hele æggestokke til kryopræservering af kortikale strimler, samtidig med at vi høster intakte antrale follikler, der behandles enzymatisk for at frigøre flere follikelresidente celletyper, herunder granulosa, theca, endotel-, hæmatopoietiske og stromale celler.
