Das vorliegende Protokoll beschreibt eine neue Technik der Aortenbandbildung bei Mäusen, um eine Drucküberlastung der Herzhypertrophie zu induzieren. Zum Banderolieren wird ein Gummiring mit festem Innendurchmesser verwendet. Diese neue Technik verspricht weniger Varianz und reproduzierbarere Daten für zukünftige Experimente.
