En protokol til gennemførelse af en udfordring i et allergeneksponeringskammer (AEC) facilitet præsenteres. AEC'er har vist sig at være sikre og effektive værktøjer til induktion af allergiske symptomer eller som et endepunkt i effektivitetstesten af allergenimmunterapi på grund af deres evne til at opretholde stabile partikelkoncentrationer og miljøforhold.
