Her præsenterer vi lysinduceret dielektroforese som en etiketfri tilgang til karakterisering af heterogene cellelinjer, specifikt humane mesenkymale stamceller (hMSC'er). Dette papir beskriver en protokol til brug og optimering af en mikrofluidisk enhed med et fotoledende lag til at karakterisere hMSC'ers elektriske opførsel uden at ændre deres oprindelige tilstand.
