Ein Protokoll zur Durchführung einseitige 6-OHDA Läsionen der mediale Vorderhirnbündel in Mäusen beschrieben. Dieses Verfahren hat eine niedrige Mortalitätsrate (13,3%) mit 89% der überlebenden Tiere mit> 95% Verlust von striatalen Dopamin und 90,63 ± -4,02% ipsiversive Drehvorspannung nach der Seite der Läsion.
