Dunne darm transplantatie is uitgegroeid tot een geaccepteerde behandeling voor patiënten met onomkeerbare intestinale mislukking. Onze experimenteel model van orthotope dunne darm transplantatie bij ratten dient als een betrouwbaar instrument om de onderliggende immunologische en inflammatoire processen die darmtransplantatie compliceren aan te pakken.
