Denne protokol beskriver laser opsamling microdissection til isolering af brusk og knogler fra friske frosne sektioner af muse embryonet. Brusk og knogler kan hurtigt visualiseres ved cresylacetat violet farvning og indsamles netop for at give høj kvalitet RNA for transcriptomic analyse.
