Bukspyttkjerteljuice er en verdifull kilde til biomarkører for kreft i bukspyttkjertelen. Vi beskriver her en metode for intraoperativ innsamlingsprosedyre. For å overvinne utfordringen med å vedta denne prosedyren i murine modeller, foreslår vi en alternativ prøve, tumor interstitiell væske, og beskriver her to protokoller for isolasjon.
