Denne protokollen beskriver hvordan du bruker det mikrobielle mikrodropletkultursystemet (MMC) til å utføre automatisert mikrobiell dyrking og adaptiv evolusjon. MMC kan dyrke og underdyrke mikroorganismer automatisk og kontinuerlig og overvåke veksten på nettet med relativt høy gjennomstrømning og god parallellisering, noe som reduserer arbeids- og reagensforbruket.
