In questo protocollo, un test microfluido biomimetico, in grado di riprodurre un ambiente microvascolare fisiologicamente rilevante e riprodurre l'intera cascata di adesione/migrazione leucocitaria, viene impiegato per studiare le interazioni leucocitaria-cellula endoteliale nella malattia infiammatoria.
