Hier beschrijven we een eenvoudige techniek die bedoeld is voor de efficiënte generatie van genetisch gemodificeerde muizen, CRISPR RNP Electroporation of Zygotes (CRISPR-EZ). Deze methode levert bewerkingsreagentia door elektroporatie in embryo's met een efficiëntie van bijna 100%. Dit protocol is effectief voor puntmutaties, kleine genomische inserties en deleties in zoogdierembryo's.
