Burada, CRISPR RNP Zygotes Elektroporasyonu (CRISPR-EZ) adı verilen genetiği değiştirilmiş farelerin verimli bir şekilde üretilmesi için tasarlanmış basit bir tekniği açıklıyoruz. Bu yöntem, elektroporasyon yoluyla düzenleme reaktiflerini embriyolara %100'e yaklaşan bir verimlilikle teslim eder.
