Abstract

Introduction

白内障是全世界最常见的失明原因,其特征是晶状体混浊。治疗白内障的唯一方法是通过去除不透明的晶状体进行手术干预,从而恢复高视觉质量。然而,在手术后 2-5 年内,20%-40% 的患者会出现视觉质量的继发性下降,称为后囊混浊 (PCO)1。本文介绍了一种通过旋转人工晶状体(IOL)来预防PCO来进一步去除白内障手术中残留的晶状体上皮细胞(LECs)的方法。

Protocol
