Hier zeigen wir unsere Methode zur Maus epidermalen Neuralleiste Stammzellen (EPI-NCSC) zu isolieren. Technik beinhaltet Mikro-Sezieren Whisker Follikel, die Isolierung des Bulge und Silber reflektiert sie in Gewebekultur. EPI-NCSC beginnen mit Ausbuchtung Explantate auf das Substrat innerhalb von 3 auswandern - 4 Tage.
