Här beskriver vi ett protokoll för live avbildning av tät-core blåsor i odlade nervceller med hjälp av brett fält fluorescensmikroskopi. Detta protokoll är flexibel och kan anpassas för att bilden andra organeller som mitokondrier, endosomes och peroxisomer.
