Vi konstruerade en cell utan receptorbindning analys för att uppskatta bindningen av granulocyt-makrofag kolonistimulerande faktor (GM-CSF) till receptorer. Det ger oss möjlighet att utvärdera kompetitiv hämning av biotinylerad GM-CSF bindning till lösliga GM-CSF receptor alpha av GM-CSF autoantikroppar med utmärkt reproducerbarhet.
