Een methode om de verdeling van beenmerg hematopoietische stamcellen in flowcytometrie en efficiënt isoleren sterk gezuiverde hematopoietische stamcellen (HSC) analyse beschreven. De isolatie procedure is in hoofdzaak gebaseerd op magnetische verrijking van c-Kit + cellen en cel sortering tot HSCs voor cellulaire en moleculaire studies te zuiveren.
