Die Qualität von embryonalen Maus-Fibroblasten (MEFs) durch die rechte Mausstamm wie CF-1 bestimmt. Pluripotenz-unterstützende MEFs und konditionierte Medien (CM) aus diesen gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sollten den optimalen Konzentrationen von Activin A, Gremlin und TGFß1 für die Activin / Nodal und FGF Signalwege erforderlich, um kooperativ zu halten Selbsterneuerung und Pluripotenz enthalten.
