Dieser Artikel beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Isolierung und Reinigung von intakten<em> Legionellen</em>-Haltigen Vakuolen (leichte Nutzfahrzeuge) von Amöben und Makrophagen. Das Zwei-Schritt-Protokoll umfasst LCV Anreicherung mittels Immuno-magnetische Trennung unter Verwendung eines Antikörpers gegen ein bakterielles LCV-Marker und weitere Reinigung durch Dichtegradientenzentrifugation.
