Denna studie använde en platta med flera brunnar mikrofluidsystem, avsevärt öka genomströmningen av cellvalsstudier enligt fysiologiskt relevant skjuvflöde. Med tanke på betydelsen av cellvalsning i flera steg cellmålsökande kaskad och vikten av cellmålsökande efter systemisk tillförsel av exogena populationer av celler i patienter, erbjuder detta system potential som en screening plattform för att förbättra cellbaserad terapi.
