Vi præsenterer en protokol for in vitro-undersøgelse af effluxpumper fra Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Denne protokol giver mulighed for generering af en robust, reversible og afstemmelige protongradient i liposommembranen og derfor bør kunne tilpasses enhver membranprotein energi ved protomotive kraft.
