Denne protokol beskriver en analyse designet til at måle menneskelige neutrofilkemotaksi fra en dråbe fuldblod med robust reproducerbarhed. Denne fremgangsmåde omgår behovet for neutrofil separation og kræver kun et par minutter af assay forberedelsestid. Mikrofluid chip muliggør gentagen måling af neutrofilkemotaksi over tid hos spædbørn eller små pattedyr, hvor prøvevolumen er begrænset.
