Vi præsenterer en metode til at isolere voksne organ Corti som tre intakte cochlear sving (apex, midten og bunden). Vi viser også en procedure for immunfarvning med fluorescens mærkede antistoffer. Tilsammen gør disse teknikker gør det muligt studiet af hårceller, støtteceller, og andre celletyper fundet i cochlea.
