Die Mechanismen, die die interstitielle Motilität von CD4 Effektor T-Zellen an Entzündungsstellen bestimmen, sind relativ unbekannt. Wir stellen eine nicht-invasive Ansatz zu visualisieren und in vitro -geprimte CD4 - T - Zellen in den entzündeten Ohr Dermis, so dass für das Studium des dynamischen Verhaltens dieser Zellen in situ zu manipulieren.
