Vi præsenterer en protokol om, hvordan man udnytter high-throughput cryo-elektron tomografi til at bestemme høj opløsning in situ strukturer af molekylære maskiner. Protokollen tillader store mængder data, der skal behandles, undgår fælles flaskehalse og reducerer ressource nedetid, så brugeren kan fokusere på vigtige biologiske spørgsmål.
