I detta manuskript, beskriver vi perkutan isolerade lever perfusion med samtidig chemofiltration som behandling för resecerbara levermetastaser. Detta görs under narkos i angiosuite av ett erfaret team, bestående av en interventionell radiolog, en klinisk perfusionist och narkosläkare.
