Højfrekvente Svingninger (HFO'er) er dukket op som prækirurgisk biomarkører til identifikation af den epileptogen zone i pædiatriske patienter med medicinsk refraktær epilepsi. En metode til noninvasiv optagelse, afsløring og lokalisering af HFO'er med samtidig hovedbund electroencefalografi (EEG) og magnetoencephalography (MEG) præsenteres.
