Høyfrekvente Svingninger (HFOs) har dukket opp som presurgical biomarkører for identifisering av epileptogen sone i pediatriske pasienter med medisinsk refraktær epilepsi. En metode for ikke-invasiv opptak, deteksjon og lokalisering av HFOs med samtidig skalp elektroencefalografi (EEG) og magnetoencefalografi (MEG) er presentert.
