Vi presenterar en enkel metod för att skapa 3D-nematod odlingssystem kallas NGT-3D och NGB-3D. Dessa kan användas för att studera nematod fitness och beteenden i livsmiljöer som är mer liknar naturliga Caenorhabditis elegans miljöer än de vanliga 2D laboratorie C. elegans odlingsplattor.
