Lymphome du manteau (MCL) est difficile à traiter la maladie de lymphocytes B et il est tout aussi difficile d’établir un modèle de souris de xénogreffe de MCL primaire pour étudier et développer des produits thérapeutiques. Nous décrivons ici la mise en place réussie des xénogreffes MCL chez les souris pour aider à comprendre sa biologie sous-jacente.
