Hier presenteren we een protocol voor live imaging van muis secundaire paletfusie met behulp van confocale microscopie. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt in combinatie met een verscheidenheid aan fluorescerende reporter muis lijnen, en met pathway inhibitors voor mechanistisch inzicht. Dit protocol kan aangepast worden voor livebeelden in andere ontwikkelingssystemen.
