Distribuição heterogênea de células HER2-positivo pode ser observada em um subconjunto dos cancros da mama e gera dilemas clínicas. Aqui, apresentamos um protocolo confiável e econômico para definir, quantificar e comparar a heterogeneidade genética de HER2 intra-tumor em uma grande série de cancros da mama de forma heterogénea transformados.
