Målet med denne protokol er at beskrive i detaljer minimalt invasiv aortaklappen udskiftning gennem en højre forreste mini torakotomi og centrale aorta cannulation teknik. Denne teknik kan potentielt forbedre patienternes komfort og ved at reducere postoperativ morbiditet, fremme sænke længden af ophold og globale omkostninger.
