التفاعلات بين الميكروبات واستضافة القناة الهضمية قيمت استخدام نهجاً جديداً يجمع بين مجتمع شفوي اصطناعية و في المختبر الهضم المعدية المعوية، ونموذجا ظهارة الأمعاء. نحن نقدم طريقة التي يمكن تكييفها لتقييم غزو الخلية من مسببات الأمراض والأغشية الحيوية المتعددة الأنواع، أو حتى لاختبار قابلية بروبيوتيك الصيغ.
